It was my worst experience in this hotel.0 level management everything is going totally wrong with the guest staff is okay but team from management level staff manager everyone have 0% knowledge how to treat with the guest very noisy so I definitely not recommend this hotel this is wasting time and money also.I hear that the owner said in front of me with the one staff we are buying you I said what they are not buying you they are unprofessional thats why you staff are selling you a time so mind it

I booked the Hotel via booking.com, and provided my credit card details for the payment. The hotel deducted extra amount than what was supposed to be paid for my stay. Now I am not getting refund of the redundant money deducted. Even after multiple call to booking.com, and to the hotel, and providing all necessary documents, neither of them are entertaining my request for refund the extra money deducted.

Assistance provided by Miss Deepika and Mr Kapil is highly appreciated.

Hotel facilities were quite good especially the assistance provided by Front office Manager Miss Deepika and coordinator Mr.Kapil, both of them managed very well.

Food, Drinks are quite expensive .

A perfect location for any family to stay. One cannot expect such a quiet place especially when you are thinking about Thamel in Kathmandu. Will stay in the Milestone if I happen to visit the valley again. Roomboy Kapil was always on the go for his service at his best.
