Foyer was well designed.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Said parking was free then charged. Said they'd add room points but didn't and then took over two weeks to reply to any phone calls or emails, and eventually said they couldn't add room points because of how it was booked, even though I booked in exactly the way I was told by the reception. Honestly borders on theft and incompetence. Manager seemed nice, but it shouldn't take multiple calls and emails over several weeks to address basic issues. Marriot Bonvoy has major management and communication issues. Any small issue gets passed to a higher management who takes weeks to reply. A disaster of a stay. - Natalie B
