Christmas decor and the live music at the lobby.

Breakfast - most of the dishes were already finished when we had our breakfast at 9am. like bacon and taho. I'm thinking that they're closing at 10 am so they don't bother preparing what was already devoured. since it's Christmas Day, they should have make exemption. Rooms - I booked in advance and requested for 2 double bed and one twin bed rooms. I got 3 double beds rooms. At the last minute, I asked my room to be changed to twin since I just came from long flight and had no sleep. I ended up on room on 2nd floor without view. Not a good stay. Checking-in - This is not our first time in Manila Hotel. So I was surprised to find out that they asked my brother to pay for our stay while checking-in even though I already sent email to let my family to check-in first since my flight will arrive in Manila late afternoon. They could have charge it on my credit which I used for booking instead of my brother's credit card.

Our family enjoyed the stay.

The lobby is beautiful, they have pianist and live orchestra playing. The breakfast buffet is good

The rooms ate kind of old but clean. The alarm carte order is just fine

Cozy 5-star hotel that could do an upgrade.

Very attentive staff. Ambiance in the lobby was good. Elevators quite quick.

Facilities need an update. Towels could be softer at par for a 5-star facility. Robes should also have been provided as well as a welcome drink. Breakfast we had wasnt in Cafe Ilang-ilang.

Very spacious. Me and my daughter enjoyed our stay in a Grand Deluxe room. Staff are so accommodating and very prompt. Enjoyed New Years eve and my daughters birthday in Manila Hotel. Thank you!

Very good

It was ok. I was probably expecting a bit more but it was good enough.

Its history if the property and the staff were very accommodating.

Not as grand as it used to be, a bit worn down already. Understandable that its an old hotel, but there are old hotels that kept its charm. Cant say the same with this one with their guest rooms. The lobby still looks great though.

I am very happy & feel great, because i know i deserve this amazing moment of relaxing..

I like the lobby lounge because it is huge, I feel so comfortable & relaxed. The chairs are big, it is comfy. During Check -out, they offer free coffee, induced waters, and mango Juice, so you'll not get bored to long lines

During my check-in. The staff is not smiling and seems to be in a hurry, since I'm the only one at the check-in counter, there's no need to be rushed. I guess the staff is judgemental because I'm just wearing a shirt
