Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing location

The manager of the hotel was very friendly and provided a great overview of the area when I arrived. The location is excellent, right on the doorstep of the main attractions, close to the tram and so on. Breakfast was brilliant - a really good selection of fresh foods to cater for everyone. I didn't try the cakes as it's not my thing so early in the day, but they looked so tempting!

More a function of the hotel's available space, but I do like a larger communal area in hotels to sit and read or work, or have an evening drink (of any kind). Minor point though.

Very good and quiet place to stay in the Center of sightseeing area with seaview

The hotel is really close to sightseeing places and tram. View from terrace to the see and blue mosque (a little bit restricted). Friendly staff

Because of a extraordinary technical problem, I could not take the reserved room. But they had given me a good alternative room and made efforts to solve the problem.

We had a very enjoyable stay in a superbly located hotel with wonderful views.

The location is superb and the views from the breakfast room are breathtaking. Watching the sun come up over the sea is an experience in itself. Breakfast is excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The standard room is a bit smaller than expected. It has a desk and chair but no easy chair and not much storage capacity for 2 people. Soundproofing between rooms is not 100%.

Thanks for making this a wonderful visit!

Great location, quiet street but right smack in the center of things. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed and bathroom was modern. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was awesome with plenty of variety and always fresh fruit. The view from the rooftop breakfast room looked out over the water and you could see both mosques. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful with planning our itinerary and making recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

The stay was very pleasant and we felt safe staying there.

Staff and location. The rooftop brekkie was amazing and the view mesmerising.

The heater wasnt working on one night but it was promptly resolved by the staff.

Very good

Great location and amazing terrace with beautiful views over the mosques. While it is right near the tourist hotspot, you hardly hear any noise from outside.
