Nice spacious clean room and good service.

The room was very spacious and they provided a fold out bed for our child. Clean room and bathroom. The staff were lovely and were very helpful and accommodating. Location was good - walking distance to a few places, Victoria Park, Grand Hotel etc. tucked down a little lane, no nice view but thats ok - they have made an effort to make the place cute and comfortable.

* Friendly staff * Clean room * Nice furniture, both inside the room and in the lobby

* temperature was low. The AC couldn't handle the task of making the room warm ( it was a very small AC) * Bathroom had a weird smell

Disappointing

Please count your cash 3- 4 times, don't trust the staff.

The location of the hotel is nice.

The staff and the owner were not helpful.We had a asked for a cctv footage of the day we left the hotel ,as there was some extra cash which was paid from our side,since they did not have a money counting machine ,it was counted by hand by the front desk manager. We realised the same after reaching a good distance away from the hotel. Since we had not used the cash nor taken out our belongings any where ,we called the hotel and for our satisfaction asked for a footage. We have sent 3-4 emails ,but as per the hotel it is against their rules to share the footage of that day,which shows clear intention of the concerned staff.

Superb

Cozy mountain getaway

Location is excellent, lovely view, in the middle of it all but tucked away, short walk or tuktuk to many of the main attractions. Hotel is new-ish and clean, room is westernized/upscale, very comfortable bed and bedding. Shower and bathroom were excellent. Jacuzzi and balcony were lovely additions. Wonderful staff were very attentive, caring, and accommodating.

We were situated above the cafe and there is no sound dampening to block the noise from the cafe, but this didnt bother us very much. TV reception isnt great for many channels. Jacuzzi room could use some upkeep. We did not like the food or the western breakfast.
