The list is long.
1. No car parking
2. Very uncomfortable small room with a literal hospital bed which is so high crammed into a boxed corner with no access from sides . Like how do you even make a room like this ??
3. The room was very very basic and we paid 4500 approx per night stay without any other perks!!
4. The wash room did not have a latch and we had to keep a trash can to clsoe it while using. And yes no one came to attend to this concern inspite of reporting the next day morning!!
5. There was no room cleaning which happened in our two nights stay , nobody bothered to clear the trash or clean the room.
6. Last but not the least the absolute double standard of teh management , not the ground staff but the management who is sitting away somewhere not facing the customers.
The reason for this is , The Lost Hostel is promoted as a pet friendly stay across all the hotel hostel stay apps and after I got my booking confirmed via booking.com with the confirmation receipt stating that this hostel is pet friendly for no additional charges we were asked to hi find another place when we arrived with our two dogs in the peak season evening 5 pm. They simply refuses to let us in.the staff at the property was empathetic and tried their best to convince the management.. after 2 hrs of back and forth and finally me showing the booking.con confirmation receipt on the app which clearly stated that pets are allowed at no cost xtra charges they didn't have a face when I threatened I will not go anywhere and report the management for such shallow double standards.
