Locely hotel, very fancy and great location.

The location of the property was excellent, we had a 7-8 minute stroll to the main square and the 24 hour restaurant downstairs was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub and sauna was a lovely extra.

The lights around the hot tub was not turned on for a few days and we also couldnt get the bubbles or lights working in the hot tub on a few days but we didnt raise any concerns with this with the staff however I imagine it would have been sorted ASAP if we did.

Great stay and would definitely book the suite again when returning to krakow.

Location was really good, maybe a 5 minute walk from the main square. We booked suite 51 which i think was essentially the hotel penthouse, smart controls were easy to use for aircon and lights etc.

There were a few broken tiles on the balcony and the private hot tub we had had a few broken pieces like filter cover/head rests etc. Nothing major but if they were brushed up on it would have made the suite feel that extra bit luxurious. still a great stay all in all and would still book the suite again

Perfect place for adults wanting to explore Krakow.

Its a lovely hotel with a spacious, clean bedroom that comes with a hi-tech phone and iPad which allows you to control systems in the room such as lights, blinds, air-con and more! Was cleaned everyday and had such a comfy, soft bed and you also get lovely soft dressing gowns and slippers. You could sync your phone to the tv as well so could watch anything you like. Has a great bonus of a sauna and jacuzzi. Great options for the included breakfast. A 5 minute walk from the main square as well so its perfect for getting everywhere. Cant complain at all with anything! Will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Not a big deal at all but maybe a booking system in place for the jacuzzi like there is for the sauna, so it could feel a bit more private- but not a major issue!

Great place to stay

The location was excellent, very central The pizzas were amazing, and the breakfast superb And best of all the hot tub with fantastic views over the rooftops of Krakw

Sometimes the lighting in the room was a little dark. Also lack of surface space like a desk for writing etc and not enough shelving in the bathroom for toiletries.

A fabulous city break

We were in walking distance from the old town and Jewish quarter which made it really easy to get to places. We had the best sleep we have had in a long time. We loved that you could control the lighting, a/c & blinds through the phone it was super handy. They even gave us ear plugs which we didnt need to use. We did however make use of the room service the food served at the hotel was delicious.

A wonderful stay, excellent in situ restaurant, professional, polite, helpful and nice restaurant and hotels staff pers

Excellent location, room with view, friendly, helpful and very polite hotels staff

Room 27 found without wardrobe, however on our last days stay we found out reading hotel instructions that it was possible to ask for a wardrobe to be placed in the room.
