The place felt run down. Dirty sink plugs. Cobwebs and dust. Mould in window sill. Fan not working and no complimentry toiletries like shown on the advert. No sighn of owner during our stay apart from when we arrived to pay

The room and the inn.. the sheet were not very cleaned

I was expecting breakfast. After my booking they asked me if we any allergies for the breakfast. Breakfast was not provided at all...

Thin walls

Nice big room with en suite

Walls were really thin and could hear a person snoring all night,children up really early in the morning running around. The room was quite cold first thing in the morning.

Beautiful hotel but cold

The house was beautiful with ample parking.

It was freezing in our room. The heating went off before we came back at approx 10.30pm. There was a thin duvet and a bedspread but we were still both cold. The only time we saw the host was when we checked in. There was no info offered on if and when they did breakfast or any offer of how to get in touch with them if we needed anything. I know heating is expensive but maybe put a heater in the rooms for winter for guests to be comfortable and warm.

Clean and comfortable. 20 minutes walk from city centre. Free parking. Nearby pubs. 10 minutes from Designer outlet by car. Room larger than expected. Early book in.

No breakfast as described in description when I booked. We did realise this after we booked

A bit of a let down really

Although there wasn't anyone around when we arrived, Paul was there on our return after a day out. He was friendly and recommended a great place to eat.

The room was cold as the radiator wasn't on and although we tried to sort it wr had to rely on the bathroom radiator for heat. No water left in room, just an empty bottle from the previous person. We didn't get breakfast as nobody was around to serve despite timings. We left before anyone came downstairs. It was a shame really.
