Luxurious stay

Absolutely loved our stay at the Leela palace. We stayed for a friends wedding and it was a perfect stay. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, and the food is INCREDIBLE! Our room was also lovely, beds comfortable, and the gym was well equipt.

We tried to book the Mohan Mahal restaurant and they confirmed our booking, only when I messaged them to double check closer to the time did they tell us that they couldnt actually do the day we had booked. They managed to fit us in the day after, and it may just be a cultural thing, but if you want to go to this restaurant (which I would highly recommend) then make sure you double and triple check your booking has actually been made

Restaurants and The architecture

The fact that there was No two rooms of same category adjoining to each other . And this wasnt mentioned anywhere on web site . So we were family and got rooms in diff buildings , so inconvenient it was Very wrong planning .

Views and beautiful buildings and decor and awesome breakfast spread and the afternoon tea.

We were woken up by fire alarm in the hallway on 2 separate nights which was finally fixed by them removing the fire alarm. No turn down service happened the first day even though we were told there would be one and that we can ask for different fruits than the one they give. The second day we called and asked when turn down service would be and asked for some fruits other than apple, pear and plum and they agreed but no service ever came. The third day after we called and asked again someone came and gave the same 1 apple, 1 pear and 1 plum and there was no knife or anything to cut it with.

Amazing experience! The room with courtyard and butler service is an absolute must stay.

We booked a room with courtyard and the entire experience was just amazing. The room itself and the amenities provided were excellent. The butler service that came with the room was top notch as well and they did their best to make us feel comfortable and provide us with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet, the evening snacks, and the food overall was totally on point and enjoyable. They even provided freshly prepared and specifically ordered meals for my toddler free of charge. That was really thoughtful of them and completely in line with the overall wonderful experience.
