Nice and comfortable stay in a calm mountain environment.

Nice resort with high quality service and big rooms.

The buffet restaurant is quite crowded and hectic. But there is an a-la-carte restaurant connected to it which is a nice place (and even cheaper than buffet).

Good views but falls short

The views of the Munnar hills was quite nice from the property. The family villa we booked was spacious and surrounded by trees . Breakfast buffet had a good spread. House keeping was prompt.

There were many minor things that summed together , made us not want to come back to this property. The property manager needs to get better trained staff. The staff was Courteous but they have very little idea when you ask for recommendations for day tours or other suggestions and just point to a printed or written down common plan on the lobby wall. The bathrooms are ridiculous in design where the shower was outside the glass wall area and would completely soak the toilet area. This is a major inconvenience to people not used to wet toilet areas and like to keep the area dry as compared to the bathroom area and don't use bucket and mug . This is a supposed four star property but looks like it doesn't know how to design the bathrooms well enough to cater to variety of tourists. They also don't provide slippers for the rooms. The toilet in one of the rooms was not clean and had stains on the toilet seat which we had to clean with anti bacterial wipes and also forgot to give us a number of toiletries on the check in day and we had to ask them to send it to our room. The evening events were pretty much unplanned and there would not be enough chairs for the total number of guests to sit in the event area. The next issue was the bonfire every evening was designed to play loud music and have disco lights which ruined the experience. The property has a lot of potential but they just don't train the staff well enough to make it a memorable experience to want to come back. If they could work on that, they could get more loyal repeat customers.

Excellent view n very well maintained resort

Luved the view from the resort, it was so beautiful and the resort as well, is very well maintained.. facilities like pool, recreation center, food - all exceptionally good .. Staff were very patient and very helpful with everything.. rooms were nice, spacious n very comfortable.. The chaai kadai in the evenings and activities arranged were very enjoyable .. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this resort to everyone..

Hmm, they had promised accommodation for the drivers, but it got full due to peak season and we heard the accommodation was also not very comfortable.. May be it need not be mentioned if its not that good .. visitors will arrange for it independently and not be disappointed after reaching ..
