- Bathrooms in need of urgent repair - Unavailability of spa - Rusty bed ( extra bed) - totally unacceptable for a 5-star property.

Very good place with nice people

Very good location of the hotel. Quiet and view on the lake. Good choice for diner and breakfast. People at the hotel are friendly, specialy at the reception - Showrya, Mahipal- I recommend due to location and quality.
