Excellent location and great space for working

I loved the location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean with nice desk for working.

I arrived at 8 am. from 30. on a long flight , I tried to check in, but they rejected it.

Locations is absolutely exceptional, In center of Kuala Lampure , Bukut Bintang ,Arab area and dozens of Egyptian and Syrian restaurants

Check-in is a bad experience I arrived at 8 am. from 30. on a long flight , I tried to check in, but they rejected They did not over me to stay at any table in the restaurant or top swimming pool . They also rejected to keep my luggage at the hotel

It's been a pleasure to stay in the hotel. Big, tasty breakfast, cozy, modern rooms, located at walking distance to visit food markets, sightseeing areas and big malls. The staff was always ready to help, especially Haq and Farid were exceptional! Thank you!

It would be great if the hotel would put you in contact with travel agencies that organise daily tours of the city and surrounding areas.

Great location, modern decor with an amazing view, let down by really bad sound proofing!

Location, facilities and cleaniness

The sound proofing of the hotel was the not best as we could hear everyone on the floor especially next door.

Nice stay Good location Hotel is well maintained Staff is friendly

The proximity to nearby shopping malls, just a few minutes walk.

Overall was ok, sometimes they forgot to refill the minibar, but that's fine. For the pool area,maybe they could extend the opening hours of the swimming pool a bit later since the bar is open up to 22h00.
