Almost everything is fantastic! My son accidentally purchased wireless internet service via his handphone. We called the frontdesk. The friendly staff not only waived the wifi charge for us totally, but also provided us with a free wifi password. Excelllent service recovery!

The only minor issue we have is although we booked the room for 4, but all the personal items in the room were prepared for 2 only e.g. tea cups, tea and coffee packs, cups in toilet etc.

Highly Recommend! You will be satisfied in every way!

We liked everything at the Kitano Hotel in NY, the staff is friendly, the room was good size, good location, actually perfect location, we walked from the Hotel to every touristic point in NY with easy, Time Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park etc, and by the way we could see the Empire State through our windows, it was amazing. We did not have breakfast because we prefer to explore what NY offers as overall, however I am 100% sure that if the breakfast follows the quality of everything else at the hotel, I believe it will deliver a high standard breakfast. Thank you so much for everything, we are very happy! We will be back for sure.

the toilet - I have stayed multiple times and the room has been great. Not this time.

I brought my 3 kids to NYC for the first time and they were over the moon until we opened the door to the smallest room and hardest beds with pillows that were flatter than paper.

Very beautiful hotel, would definitely stay here again.

I usually stay in cheap hotels, but splurged for this one for a weekend visit. The room/hallway was very quiet and exceptionally clean. Staff was very kind. I felt very fancy staying here. And safe, too. Heated toilet seat, wow!

A fine hotel with nice rooms and a good location.

Very nice room, squeaky clean and nicely appointed. We got a great deal on the price because we booked many months in advance. It turns out that the restaurants were being renovated and some had opened only 2 days prior, which was probably why the price was so low. The location was good for our needs, and we wouldn't have needed a taxi during our stay except that it was barely above freezing.

We would have preferred the room to have been a couple of degrees warmer, but the thermostat didn't seem to respond. They offered to send Engineering up right away but we decided we didn't want the interruption. The only breakfast option was a $40 buffet (I don't think that restaurant was fully open yet) so we went elsewhere. And paid Wi-Fi??? Seriously???
