Overall it is a bad experience, dont recommend to anyone

Dont want to write in a negative sense as the 1st working day of the year. The hotel is not clean. No amenities.. the staffs are not pleased. The toilet smells bad, pipes are not good. It is a very old. You dont get the same experience as you see on the internet. It is 300 times expensive than the actual rate, we learnt this from other hotels in Havelook.

Disappointing

Too expensive for a ill maintained property, location is the only plus

Property located in prime location and walkable distance from the nemo beach and very near to jetty

Apart from the location everything is bad, we booked 2 cottages, cottages are ill maintained, each and every tap was leaking, toilet flush did not work in one of the cottage (505). In cottage 506 the geyser was short circuited and shocked my mother, after that they changed the geyser. Rooms are not clean property was in shambles. More over rude front desk behaviour from the staff we had to wait for 30-40 mins before they could provide us the rooms, on asking they did not even provide us a single room to freshen up, not only us there were other tourists waiting for long to get pre booked rooms

Very good

Impressive

The staff is really courteous and they take care of the guests and the property like anything. They are available round the clock and the property is full of people everytime and the cottages are peaceful.

They have done good work but they can improve the beach area as well. I don't reccomend DJ party like the noisy neigbours they have but peaceful music till late evenings is fine.

Staff making most of the limited resources

The breakfast was not included in our reservation. They serve hot parathas and poori bhaji in the morning. Also they have a filling meal and the location is perfect for diving and water sports enthusiasts.

They can improve the staff quality and a lot of unutilised potential is there to capture which they can if they want in the future. Also service can be improved.

I visit Havelock twice a year and this 100% is the worst property at Havelock. Please don't book.

The worst booking through Booking.com , I wish there was a star lower than 1 , coz this property is disgusting.

Everything , it was the worst property , no electricity , current through water , flush not working , whoever was coming to stay left and this has always been the state , I don't know why we are not posting honest reviews , the staff is non cooperative , for every small thing they are not ready to understand and sort an issue , there is no hygiene , the quilt is filthy and disgusting , no cleaning of the place, snake outside the room , the curtains are torn .
