Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, but plumbing needs work.

The room was clean, very comfortable, well appointed and the staff were very friendly. Also a great location near Rockefeller Center.

There was water hammer ( significant plumbing noise) every time we turned on the shower. Had to adjust shower constantly to try and avoid. Informed front desk on the first morning of our stay and as we checked out.

Great staff and service but the hotel itself needs some TLC.

Very clean and the staff was very accommodating!

The rooms were out dated specifically the shower. Standing water in tub while showering. Also, the windows must be very old because you could here everything at night. We have stayed in other hotels in the city and by far this was the noisiest.

MD at the front desk was fabulous. My husband had a medical emergency, I had to extend my stay. He handled my situation with compassion and professionalism. Thank you MD Room service was stellar as well.

It was a very classy hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was the best I had ever slept on.

The elevator broke down two days in a row forcing us to walk up six fights of stairs to our room.

Overpriced, not to the quality they claim to, Hidden fees only revealed when they appear on you

Promised a full balcony running between the lounge and bedroom. Only got a half balcony in the lounge, shared with the adjacent suite. Promised a kitchen. Got a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge that didn't wark - no ice maker. Huge bedroom and tiny lounge with little or no furnishings - very drab and dreary. Breakfast was poor quality and very greasy. Well overpriced. Only two lifts, one was broken which caused absolute chaos for all guests, We paid booking.com what we believed to be the total price. Upon checkout we were charged a further fee c$160. When we saw this on our credit card we queried it and was told it was "probably a local tax that booking.com did not know about" This reflects badly upon the Kimberly and booking.com. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting New York AVOIDS THIS SO CALLED BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Save your money and find something better and less pompous.
