Overall, guests have had excellent experiences and love the hotel's offerings. The only suggestion is to replace patio furniture outside the bar area.

    Everything about this hotel is great, I wish we stayed at this hotel our entire trip to #Gqeberha. The bedding was clean and bed very comfortable. The .food was great, both dinner and breakfast. The staff was so helpful and friendly both day and hight staff. We will definitely be back, this hotel is exceptional. Thank you

    What a wonderful hotel, great hospitality. Will be coming back soon and will recommend it to whoever will listen
    Perfect location overlooking the ocean, I was given inter leading rooms(perfect idea)as I was with my kids. My stay at this hotel was beyond perfect, food was delicious and the staff is friendly and willing to help with anything even when I didnt ask, one gentleman saw that I was struggling with my luggage and he offered a hand( and I think he was the gardener). Will definitely be back next time.

    i think the carpets in your rooms should be replaced with wooden flooring as the carpets are old it causes ithcing problems other then it was fine

    We loved everything about our stay. I want to emphasize the friendliness and the loving nature of the receptionist. She is so professional, a true representative for The Kelway Hotel, and she is one of the main reasons we keep returning to stay at the Kelway. A true diamond you have as first contact to the customer, I hope The Kelway Hotel takes care of her as she takes care of us every time we stay there. Ps. We stayed at the Kelway 3 times in 2023 the festive season, and it was because of this wonderful lady at reception. I wish I got her name, we always chat so much, and I keep forgetting to look at her name tag. That's how much my wife and I love her :)

    Will never book there again and will not refer anyone
    The door was not unlocking from the inside we could not get out of the room we have to call them for help . We booked a sea facing and they did not give us one . The room was not ready on time You had to wait an hour in line for breakfast
