Very good

Good

This is an older hotel, but the bed linen and studio were clean. service staff is responsive and friendly

quiet place. Good for rest. Nothing disturbed my sleep.

Exceptional

It really made our stay in Bangkok special, as we used to live here for 7 years.

I really loved the professionalism at the front desk! They took care of us no matter what the issue/ quest was. Really attentive and with lots of detail. Same for the tuk-tuk driver. I will return for sure and stay here.

the whole interior of the rooms needs to be modnernised... its a dog friendly hotel which i didnt mind but dog owners just allowing their dogs to bark at 0600 in the morning outside other peoples rooms was a bit much for me to cope with

Is it worth it? Depending on yourself

It's a residential area, it takes 15mins walk to go out to sukhumvit 34 main road, but no problem as have free tuk tuk service. And also have motor taxi outside main road to bring u back to hotel, as thy know the hotel.

It's a residential area so kinda bit far if you don't like to walk.
