location is unreal and the bar at the bottom is top notch. just wish we had the sea view.

the location and the complimentary bar snacks and the daily housekeeping.

the room wasnt 100% clean there was an old drink bottle on the floor by the curtain and some hair underneath my bed sheets. the main thing that bothered me about my stay is that we paid for a room with sea view and didnt get that. we stayed on the second floor and asked to be moved but was told not possible as hotel at full capacity.

Perfect for a single or a couple only.

Good room, great view, prime location, swimming pool

Very noisy, music all the way till midnight from the bar downstairs, especially if you have kids won't be a good night Poor wifi - had to connect to my phone for the whole time during my stay.

Best hotel Ive stayed at.

Perfect location, hotel has three bars, gaming, pool tables, and a massive pool. Snacks in the room were complimentary and the shampoo/condt was all Kevin Murphy. Probably the best hotel Ive stayed at, just had a nice vibe.

Breakfast was too good and I gained 2 kg in a week.

Nice comfortable stay. Price could be more in line with other popular spots.

Room was clean and tidy, pillows were super comfy. Bed was good overall.

View of the car park next door. Some parts of the hotel need a little maintenance. We were there during schoolies but even so the price was extremely high for an average room.

Very good

Next to tram location, one stop next to Surfers Paradise. Its opposite to shopping centre, very convenient. Room is large with kitchen facilities (except stove). Bit noisy as we are 4th floor which is just above the bar. But its ok as bar is almost cleared before midnight. They have car park provided on request based on supply. Nice that you can drive in and out multiple times without additional charge.

Drainage in shower room is not working well. Water doesnt flow to the drain but accumulates on floor that nearly flows out of the shower area. Told this to staff upon checkout, who promised to have someone check it and waived out fee for parking. Quilt is super thick and heavy. And the quilt cover is not sealed. Everyday we tried so hard to figure out which the actual quilt is and worked up in a mess of linen ball.

very loud music day and night from the club downstairs. Very strong unpleasant smell (cologne from some of the staff). Sticky pub-tables every morning.
