Appalling management attitude

Location

Paid for upgrade with jacuzzi which didnt work and was ignored for three days. Only got offered to move rooms on 4th night late evening. Only received refund after huge fight for my money. No sugar allowed, they use Jaggery - but then they dont offer any drinks for diabetics, only coke etc, no Diet Coke. Room orders were incorrect every time. No coffee or cappuccino allowed in restaurant - ON A COFFEE PLANTATION - really! Phone faulty. No re-stocking of amenities. The attitude and arrogance of management is appalling. Seemed they did us a favor for allowing us to visit their premises. Waiters in restaurant was great. Food options very limited but tasty. Do not recommend a stay here unless management ups their game.

Food. Restaurant. Buffet. Was horrible and really poor service and low quantity of food. In the name of eco saving, they are cutting down big time on giving decent basic food. The quantum of food served in buffet was so less that we didnt feel eating anything. Absolutely poor.

Food was absolutely awful. Moldy towels and toilet paper. Cleaning and maintenance of the room was sub par.

Most refreshing stay

The views from the Wooden Cottage, the Dining area and Coffee shop were exceptional. The food was delicious and the dining room staff were some of the most courteous and helpful lot we have come across in our travels.

In the room, its given that anyone will spend a lot of time in the balcony and here both my wife and I felt the seating provided could have been more comfortable. Also I felt that the lighting in the room, which was otherwise great, could have been brighter. I could not get any reading done except by way of the bedside lamp. This is more of an observation and not a complaint.

The front desk staffs especially Ms. Tejaswini, the buggy drivers, hospitality staff at the hotel, and the cafeteria are extremely friendly. No matter what time it is, they always wear smile on their face with pride. Loved it......
