Convenient room and location

Good location and the room had all that was needed for a couple of nights. Staff was nice.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5.30pm so we had to wait for the staff at the reception to find us another room that was cleaned. Only stairs to go up to the room so beware if you have a big suitcase!

Fab location, great bed, spotlessly clean rooms and ensuite!

Bedroom and ensuite was spotlessly clean, bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff at reception were so friendly and helpful with recommendations and the location was perfect.

Hotel decor was very dated. No water or coffee available in the room or at reception which was disappointing. It's generally those small things that make a huge difference to a stay. It was massively overpriced I found for just a bedroom. However I did also find LA in general very expensive so perhaps it was correct pricing for the area.

Parking is a nightmare. There are several parking lots, but if you're staying for several days, then it becomes prohibitive because of the cost.

Cheapest in Town !

I had stayed before, and it was more clean and better managed - the staff were inconsiderate despite trying their best - over appreciated as a cheap hotel and used as such until NOT the comfortable, quiet, nice place it had been.

Old, worn down, noisy hotel

- the size of the room

- too noisy, both the outside noise (throwing trash in a dumpster right in front of the window) and inside (cleaning ladies have the tendency to be very loud at 7am) - old and worn down - there was noone at the front desk both at check-in 3pm and 11am so you have to look for them around the building - cleanliness - there was a door connecting my room and front desk room, you can kind of lock it and there was a kind of obstacle between two rooms but it definitely isn't pleasant - room window view (see the photo)

Disappointing

Would only stay just for a night.

Only stayed for a night so can't really complain too much but it was close to the Avalon Hollywood venue and that's where I had to go and part of the reason why i chose this location.

How small the rooms were, it wasn't big enough for two people but like I said only stayed a night so it didn't bother me that much. The morning staff were a little rude when we checked in but the evening guy was awesome and very friendly! The bed was horrible and didn't get much sleep because of that. There was no official parking so had to park a few streets down and pay $30. Was worried about where I had to park my car but in the end my car was good and not broken into. Also wished the hotel gave a voucher for the parking but maybe in the future they will do something like that since that isn't very convenient.
