Superb

Modern and comfortable in a really vibrant location.

Location right near the harbor was wonderful. Lots of shopping, restaurants and points of interest around the hotel. 5 Minute walk to the ferry terminal.

It's pretty expensive and our room wasn't huge.

Very good

Amazing architecture. Well designed, great layout. Late check out was great. Good restaurant food and staff , Barman not very friendly.

Tissues, Extra toilet paper roll, Milk without floaters in it. Overnight car parking was expensive.

The staff are very friendly, and we got a hand written card and drink vouchers from them to celebrate our big wedding anniversary. The room was very clean, our major priority.

Wow! This gorgeous hotel was wonderful for our familys stay. We particularly loved the setup of the adjoining rooms. The staff was very kind, helping with luggage and checkin on our comfort. GREAT!

Solid, luxury hotel in the heart of Auckland

Beautiful uxury/minimal design. Great location in the heart of the downtown Auckland area. Close Staff was very attentive during our stay.

Wish the rooms were a little bigger and generally not as nice as I would have expected for the price point.

Disappointing lack of luxury and comfort.

The location and the staff were great assets.

The room was tiny and not comfortable. We aren't minimalists. A small bare twig in a brown vase, in a brown room, isn't our taste. No colour, no joy, no evidence of an effort to make us feel comfortable except for the duvet. We were celebrating an anniversary and the joyless room was just wrong. We had imagined watching a good movie on the large tv screen. NO movies. (Sky 1 doesn't count--horrible films the days we were there.) We haven't made a point of watching movies in hotel rooms before, but we've never in all the cities of the world we have travelled been in a good hotel that doesn't have movies.
