The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very clean and pretty. The bar where u habe breakfast is very nice and the food is good. You have free coffee and water and the most importants the location is amazing.

Very good experience.

Good breakfast (8 different plate to choose 1 from) with coffee and orange juice. Busy area but the windows are almost perfectly soundproof, so it is not disturbing, although a lot of good sights in walking distance. Really nice and helpful staff. Free and good coffee in the shared kitchen.

Loved Barcelone and the hotel felt like home

Nice location, a little outside of the tourist crowd but close to nice restaurants and activities.

No parking at the hotel and not convenient with a car around the hotel

Very good location, room is quite big, good breakfast.

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything that goes on in the building. For example in our room we started to hear music every morning from 8 and it lasted the whole day.

Called 911 on this NON-hotel! On noisy second floor, nobody at reception

Location

It is not a hotel which occupies a part of second floor of a shabby and abandoned building. Had I known its like that and its on the second floor of a busy noisy street, which they did not disclose in the ad, I would never have booked it! I had to call 911 in Barcelona! Because I rang the bell and stood there on the street with my luggage for 15 minutes in Barcelona and nobody answered! Nobody also answered my text messages from this non-hotel for 15 mins!!! Finally a staff came, said they dont have staff at the receptionist on the second floor! He pointed to a little and worn out note on the other side of the front door saying go to the next door bar restaurant if nobody answers! Now how was I supposed to know!!! Never again! Stay away!!!

The location of hotel is very near the airport express bus station, so you can easily store your luggage to the hotel then start traveling, the breakfast of the hotel is fantastic, the room is very large, i really like stay here for more time

Somewhat disappointed.

The location was really good! The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious.

There isnt an elevator and the there isnt a receptionist present at all times. If you have are looking for a step up of a youth hostel, then this is your place. If your looking for a more amenities, keep looking.
