Would suggest staying elsewhere.. disappointing atmosphere and overpriced.

The room was spacious and location is perfect - right by the lake and market. Nothing is far away.

We booked a hostel during the Camel Festival hoping it would be sociable and fun, however there was no atmosphere and essentially this felt like an overpriced base to sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Pushkar is amazing but this didn't match the beautiful location. There was one staff member that could speak English and he was helpful when you messaged him but otherwise we did not like the atmosphere. Was disappointing.

Great location but dirty

Great location. Curtains on each bed for privacy. Hot shower works well. It's a hit and miss for staff, some were nice, some were rude.

Filthy bathroom. It smells like piss and cigarettes. The room floor is very dirty, I doubt it's ever been cleaned. There were rubbish lying around (used Toothbrush, food containers, empty shampoo botttles). We asked for the room to be cleaned, they said ok but it never get cleaned. The lockers were not lockable as they said they lost the keys long time ago. The common area seems run down.

My stay at Pushkar

Loved the cafe and the ambience of the hostel. Will definitely visit again soon. The best part is that the hostel is right in the middle of the market place which is 15 steps away from the best malpua I have eaten in my life !!
