Very disappointed

The soap smelled very good and the location of the hotel was well centered

We were very disappointed. Our rooms toilets kept running throughout our stay. Also, the smell of sewage was coming up through the shower drain, and a foul odor was invading the room. On top of that, the mattress was hard and therefore uncomfortable In addition, we booked from Booking, where the photos of the spa and fitness were very prominent, the description of the hotel spoke of the presence of a spa and fitness, not mentioning visibly that it was not included. We booked a room for over 900 thinking that the price was justified by the spa and fitness. We double-checked on our reservation and nowhere is it written that spa and fitness are NOT included. However, when we went to the spa, everything was paid for, including the fitness center. The information is deliberately difficult to see to attract customers easily. It's absolutely wrong to put so much emphasis on things in a hotel and not indicate that they are not included in the reservation... We would never have paid this price for this room. Very disappointed, I wouldn't recommend it.

The nice location outside ZTL zone.

The location is excellent, but it's busy and not suitable for light sleepers because of street noise.

The windows are not sound proofread.

We booked this hotel as it was central to all our needs, walking distance from most attractions, From check-in to check-out the staff were super, they were very attentive. The bedroom was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast had an excellent choice of juices, cereals, fruits, cooked food. Would highly recommend a stay in the Hive while visiting Rome.

Will not come back to this hotel.

The breakfast staff was pleasant.

I would love to come back to Rome but never to a hotel without integrity from its top!!! The hotel rent us a room that has water leakage problem. You can imagine step into water mid of the night. Coincidentally, when checking out, while I was waiting to speak to the manager, the guest after me was also complaining about water leaking problems. The room should not be rented out in the first place. Even thought I get a different room next day. Step into water plus packing and unpacking. The hotel refuse to compensate me on the spot, rather the manager suggested that I write to him and said arrogantly that this can go on and on . Contrary to his view, I do have a full time job, which is not to deal with an unpleasant hotel stay even after it was over. All said, the damage is done. I am leaving this comment here as the purpose is for the hotel to improve so no one in the future needs to experience the same bad experience again
