Very convenient and comfortable except no free continental breakfast.

Our stay on the way home they put us in a gorgeous corner room on the 9th or 8th floor

I didn't like the breakfast you had to pay for.

Good for a one night stay for an event at KeyBank Center.

Parking is off-site in an open lot which was OK, but if I had known this before arriving, check-in would have been much quicker since there was a line-up of cars at the small lobby drop-off location.

We were disappointed with the quality, pool closure and customer service in the face of this closure

We loved the size of the one suite, it was great for a family of five. The hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable.

The pool was closed and this wasnt advertised on booking.com. We were expecting to use the pool so this was disappointing and it also lowered the value of the hotel we paid expecting to have access to this amenity and so the value was diminished. The mattress on the pull out couch was stained. It looked gross so we couldnt use it. Were a family of five so we had to get a cot and we shared the two double beds. Again, the value was diminished because we were expecting to have three double beds and to be able to use the full suite for sleeping. There was gum on the doorframe to the bathroom.
