Altogether, our staying was great and peaceful experience, thank you!

Location was perfect and especially the view from the infinity pool was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you Oming. Also the food was delicious.

Only minus was the shower in premier suite. It didnt work properly.

Enjoyable

A must stay when you are in Ubud. This hotel is so beautiful and the view from the room is so amazing. Breakfast was also very delicious especially Mie Goreng. Staffs were very friendly. They provided a 15 minutes complementary massage which was extremely good.

If you want travel with a car, its a bit difficult as the road to go there is very small. Motorbike is the best choice

The staff went beyond helpful to be accommodating to us. We noticed a funny smell when we checked in, we were in a new room within 5 mins. The food at the restaurant, breakfast and cocktails were so reasonable in price and of such good quality.

Overall, it is a beautiful property with amazing views and friendly staff. Restaurant options and quality needs work.

The location is amazing. Beautiful property with a stunning view. The pool access room is great. Bed was comfortable. Nice bar area overlooking the jungle.Staff were friendly.

The food at the restaurant was average. Breakfast was okay. The fish seemed like it had been frozen a while. Better options and quality needed. We couldnt sleep due to a very noisy lizard in our room and the roosters from the property next door. Were in nature, so theres not much that can be done about that. Luckily we only stayed for one night. For long stays, maybe invest in earplugs. We tried to contact reception late at night, but were put through to the security guard, who said any requests have to wait until morning. Its a bit strange that there is no contact at reception if anything is needed or problems arise.
