Good location and ambience

No support from staff. They dont have any idea about treating a customer. Toilet flush was not working. No one to support during check in. Overall staff support was poor

It was relaxing and fun

The place is very neat and well serviced. Everything is just clean and tidy. There are great activities for kids, nice outdoor areas to sit and relax, especially by the beach. It is safe inside and kids can ride around in their bicycles. The pools and sea areas are guarded for safety. The staff is really nice and welcoming, from front desk, to restaurant staff, and housekeeping. All pleasant to deal with, they are great with kids and my daughters had a great time.

It was a bit pricy to add breakfast to my stay. We are 2 adults and 2 children, but whenever we come in for breakfast they read our option ad breakfast for 4 adults!! Maybe I was charged for that, not sure. Also the breakfast menu options were limited. On the first 3 days of our stay there was no buffet, probably because there werent many people, the served us generous portions at our table, but few options as mentioned.

The hotel rooms, facilities, private beach, pool, restaurants especially the activities like golf car, bikes, bicycles etc. The argan spa with beauty parlour facilities

Everything was perfect. Maybe some benches below the villas would have added benefit to chill out.

Super clean, great condition rooms and appliances, the staff are so attentive and helpful no matter when you call them. This resort is outstanding and spacious 2 beds apartment I had for 3 nights it was great experience. Nice swimming pool temperature controlled and access to a clean and nice beach.

I would not recommend it

I like the swimming pools n the play room for kids

The actual apartment was not clean it has poor hygiene we came to dirty floors n doesnt look like the pictures, the kitchen sink was blocked the whole time n one of the toilets doesnt flush , the staff for cleaning doesnt clean well n they left all the trash inside the apartment, the response when we told the reception about the issues we had was very slow

Great place for families and replicate gated community's experience.

Spacious place, comfort bed, great parking lot, near to the sea and equipped with whatever you desire for family and kids. also, whatever you consume from room amenities will be replenished the next day immediately where you never need to call and ask for anything.

some of the plumping items need maintenance like low water pressure in one of the bathrooms. Also, there was a bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms on the first day, but it fades away. Those are minor things and can be fixed with minimum effort. What I really didn't like is that when you order food for delivery, you'll have to go to the gate to get it from there as they have very strict policy to not allow whoever not living in the facility from coming in. Even to check on me every time I come in to make sure that I'm living there which is good for security but annoying at the same time and can be replaced for example with card reader for residence instead of manual checking every time.
