Disappointing

Challenging, but effective

I love this resort as a whole. My family and I have stayed there a few times. However, this time came with a few challenges.

The version of the hotel that we stayed in this time was the first generation build. That generation bill looks old and disgusting. We paid for the three bedroom, three bath condo and building one and building two looks disgusting. Bathrooms are gross. Kitchen is gross. Messed up walls rust and so many other things.!

Very good

Stayed Jan 3-4 2024. Rooms were very spacious and clean. 2 pools were heated and the lazy river.

Some pools and kids splash pad not heated. Cold water. Hotel is kind of confusing to get around in. BEWARE front desk tries to charge $40 for parking when on the website it clearly states it's $25 plus tax

A wonderful place to create memories with my family

The entrance into the resort was beautiful we were welcomed with wonderful front desk staff. Room was large and spacious. Room was clean

It was at no fault to the property but navigating getting around was a bit confusing the first day

Disappointing

Too much money for what we got

Heated pool

Arrived to find thick dust on all the furniture in our room, pancake batter stuck to the kitchen cabinets, toilet and sink broken. Asked for some extra blankets. Took 3 hours to get them. We were already in bed. Knocking at the door. Was at the door flipping the safety latch when the delivery person pushed open the door without my permission and crashed my thumb. The website links didnt work to research events. Poor communication for events. Most of your staff cant give direction to find things, they dont have any idea.

Very pleasant and cant wait to go back!

Property outside was very clean. Very homey and love going to the pools! Our family loves eating at the Valencia restaurant.

The room could have been cleaner. If you take a look at the baseboards, they are pretty dirty. The dryer took a very long time to dry. One person in our family looked into it and found a TON of old lint inside (was very gross). Arcade is SOOOO expensive. This is our third time at this resort and the arcade prices have significantly increased since the last time we went.
