This Home2 Suites By Hilton in Columbus/West, OH is highly recommended by guests. The staff, including Francis, Emmanuel, and Tina were all helpful during check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacio (Read More)us, clean, and quiet, resembling the pictures on the website. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the interstate and not far from downtown. Some guests had issues with the breakfast area being small, but overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and highly recommended.

Uncomfortable and insanitary

It was convenient

The room wasnt really clean and there was no clean wash clothes or towels. My children was uncomfortable.

Disappointing

The rooms were great.

Due to staff errors, a group entered my room while I was in bed for the night at 11pm. No knock, just came in. After that, I was afraid to go to sleep! Found out the next day it was housekeeping!

Comfortable queen size bed, and a clean spacious room

Poor attendence of personal at the front desk. No one answering the front desk phone in the wee hours to help solve a problem of noise coming from a particular room. Overheated dry pancakes at breakfast.

location, room was up to my expectations

when i booked on booking.com and put in the request for pets i was shown that there would be no additional cost for the request. my fogs actually cost an additional $150

Almost felt like discrimination

This time it was only the location.

They staff was rude. Refused to explain the error then proceeded to lie to booking. There was other inconveniences as well and they Refused to give me the name of a manager or get someone else to help.

Very Disappointing

Beds were very comfortable.

Upon arrival, we were denied the water bottles welcome bag as we were not Hilton Honors, which we are, then argued they did not give it to my "sister" I don't have one. Pool was locked up at 9pm, closes at 10. Kids wanted to use it, but when opened the "Heated Pool" was cold anyway. Breakfast was poor, no plain eggs, only w/ onions and peppers, kids don't eat, was told it wasn't the "plain day" Not bagel day, either I guess but cream cheese in the fridge? Spanish speaking only attendant, couldn't answer questions. Incorrect cups/lids for coffee. wouldn't snap on, spilled ALL down the front of my shirt, but ok- cold thankfully! I warned another woman to be careful. She came back to show me it happened to her as well, even though she was careful- popped off. I stay in Hiltons all the time, and expected MUCH better, especially for the price!

Overall it was ok , need to address the smell

Large room , bed was comfortable

Had a bad smell Dont know if it was from a dog maybe because its a pet friendly hotel but it was bad room 211 And the lighting in the bathroom is terrible, if you need a decent light for makeup or anything, you better bring a flashlight
