Superb

No better place to stay in Washington than the Graham

The location is absolutely perfect. A few meters from the main road of Georgetown. And also a nice walk from the main attractions of the city. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, it is quiet. Definitely a place to return to.

If I had to find a negative, there is no real lobby to just sit, chat, do calls.

The room with king size bed and a sofa bed is spacious and ideal for a family trip!

Great location and staff are very helpful and kind.

We made a reservation for three people, but there were only two sets of towels and slippers in the room. The bathroom has a sewage odor which was unpleasant. There were only mint tea bags available, and just two of them in the room.

Highly recommend The Graham

After the craziness of New York, it was so pleasant to arrive to a quiet, picturesque town like Georgetown. The Graham is just beautiful. The Rooftop bar was a great surprise offering late night snacks and drinks. Great vibe with fabulous views. The room was just immaculate with a large spacious bathroom. The complimentary mini bar and coffee machine were fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Decent property negatively impacted by poorly trained and equipped staff.

We booked, at extra cost, early check-in via this website, and the hotel staff person said there was no indication of it and that our room wasn't ready. We were attending a wedding an hour later, and we really needed the room to change clothes and freshen up which is why we paid for early check in. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. She caused us a lot of stress. We will never stay there again because of this experience.
