The rooms were spacious.

The rooms were filthy, the towels and linens were dirty and smelly. I asked for clean towels and the staff just shrugged and walked away. The room was as if it wasn't cleaned up after the last guest.

Not a resort, but a farm house outside village , with below average customer service

family rooms with 2 rooms and 1 living room

Customer Service was horrible. You have to ask for everything. 1. Bathroom was not working (I can share video) 2. Bathroom wash basin has no palce to keep tooth brush, soaps etc. 3. Only 2 cups were provided for 5 persons. 1 was dirty, we have no cups to drink tea, we have no option but to order Tea from restaurant, and they charged money for that. 4. Only 4 towels provided, no small towels, no bath mats, old people can slip in bathroom and fell. 5. We already paid for breakfast, but while checking out , they told Breakfast was not paid. 6. 1 room wardrobe was not cleaned. 7. Kettle was not working, we have to request to change. Overall, its not good for international or Metro city traveller. Its quality is very poor.

The rooms need to be more ventilated. The room freshners used were very strong and did not suit us.

We liked the ambience within the room with a big hall. Also large open spaces as well as friendly staff. Good space for vehicle parking and driver.

Very poor

Hotel is not worthy at all. Basically it's a banquet hall for marriage parties.

Only good thing about the property is it's peaceful Location.

Staff behaviour are very rude. I booked a room for 2 days. When I was going out on day1 , I asked the receiption guy to clean the room. But I when I returned in evening, I was surprised that room was in same condition as it was in morning. When I asked manager about it (name was Vinod), he was speaking very rudely and then cleaned the room in evening. We waited outside of the room for 1 hour.
