Everything great except for the wall mirror safety issue.

Central location, helpful staff, cute pool, good breakfast, comfortable beds and good wifi.

Safety disaster. Big wall mirror in one of our rooms fell off by itself and shattered. It could have been a major accident and might have injured us. These wall mirrors need to be screwed in addition to being glued to the wall.

Good stay. Wished the room was better.

The entrance and the lobby is very nice and well lit. Breakfast had lots of options and we were taken care by the staff. Check in was a breeze. Lady and gentleman at the reception are very well behaved and were quite accommodating.

The decor of the rooms is very gloomy. Lighting is very poor and the feeling of freedom in the room was almost absentit felt cramped and as my kid put itlittle creepy. Even the bath area tiles design was a gloomy spotty brown which gave the impression of being dirty even though it was not. However, please note that the room was actually clean but only felt gloomy. It is completely subjective to individual. The restaurant is very nicely designed. But we had a very bad experience. A server had by mistake dropped some naans on the floor a little away from the table. Almost 15 mins passed but no one even picked up the naans. The servers just walked past without any hesitation. We could not do it ourselves as we had already started our dinner. It was a pitiable sight and as the staff had no respect of the food, the entire experience of dining was ruined.

This is a 80's hotel that has not been renovated, the carpets are soiled, the rooms are dungy and the flooring and toilet facilities are not really maintained. The hotel needs a complete make-up. Not worth the money they charge for such a old hotel.

Rooms are bit small. Its neat and clean. 40 mins from airport when no traffic. Its close to Lakdi ka pool so tourist can go anywhere.

I can't suggest others to stay here

Hotel services are not up to the mark as hotel staff couldn't provide items as per our requirements instead they gave different items. They also did not replace tea bags and coffee mugs every day while room cleaning.

Awesome hotel, courteous staff, excellent location.

Awesome hotel, courteous staff, excellent location, smiley people. While the hotel has everything 5 *, they do have 2 MAJOR problems hence I have reduced their one star 1. Swimming pool without temperature control which is extremely important during winters to avoid falling sick. During our visit in last week of December, it was icy cold hence Management should have planned for temperature control water. 2. Cafeteria or breakfast place was running out of food and cutlery due to rush. Being such a great hotel, how can you imagine that you don't have food, TEA during breakfast time itself. We were in a situation when food is available but no cutlery and vice versa. It was the case for 3 days by the way during our stay.

I will never come back to this hotel

The hotel over rated, should be 3 star max

1- service was not good , my booking was with complementary fruit and drinks and this two never showed up in my room 2- used drinking water by previous occupance left in the room with other bottles 3- towels was dirty, room cleaning was poor , few Trish left on main table even after cleaning 4- I dropped clothes for laundry and recover half of them and yet long discussion they figured out that they left it somewhere and missed to iron and had to delay it to next day. 5- breakfast is only Indian food, coffee machine had isssue multiple times. 6- Electricity shutdown multiple times 7- last critical point, which is big concern on hotel security. I booked a taxi before my arrival to india when I arrived I had some issue in the immigration and had big delay, I asked the taxi to cancel the booking.at this point the taxi doesnt have any information about me except the planned destination. Secound day after after my check-in in the hotel. Someone nocked my door and asking for taxi fees which was canceled. So I called the recipient and ask them how this driver know my room ? How he got to know that I am the one who booked and canceled ? How allowed him to come up to my room ?! Its really concerned me on the hotel safety and security control hence same scenario can happen again with criminal case intention under loose security control

Average decent budget stay.

House keeping team, in room dinning team and the gate men were kind. The front desk team and servers at the restaurant were pleasant however still scope of improvement there. The location is not exactly banjara hills.. however banjara hills starts almost at a 5mins walkable distance. Also they were kind to accept an hour extra for check out.

Food taste and quality definitely can be improved. Didn't find it worth the money charged. The wooden flooring had gaps n sometimes while walking slipped too so need to be cautious if one is staying with kids. The shower cubical size is sufficient however the shower is placed right in front of the cubicle door. The cubicle door doesn't stop the water from splashing out. The water pressure is either too low or too high which ultimately wets almost the entire washroom area. It would be great if room slippers are provided.
