Great location, looks after guests very well

Loved the central location, close to theatres bars and restaurants, and also the Common. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Free snacks and drinks a bonus!

Nice spot close to lots of things to do.

The room was enough space for 4 people. Seemed clean enough.

There were four of staying and we got drink tickets but only for two people. We had to ask for linens and pillows for the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. We could also hear the people above us and all the traffic. Valet parking was not clear at all since the building sign is kind of tucked. We had to drive a few laps in NYE traffic and park in a parking garage nearby.

Great location and really friendly staff who were super accommodating and helpful.

There was some construction work outside a couple of days but not the hotels fault really!

Complementary snack bar, water and drink from lobby bar. Gym was spacious and has treadmills, bikes, stepper, ergo and weights. Room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large.

Great Hotel Boston

Perfectly placed downtown only a couple of minutes stroll from Boston Common for exploring it and Beacon Hill, and around 10 minutes from both Chinatown and Quincy Market, so easy to get to the North End and Waterfront on foot too. There's a comfortable seating area and bar in the lobby, plus a coffee shop attached to start the morning off right. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and from the 10th floor it was that quiet that we could barely tell that we were in a busy area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any request. Wouldn't hesitate recommending a stay here, and will be our first choice when we're next visiting the city.
