    The explanation of the hotel in the Booking website should say that the hotel does not have elevator
    Room were clean, size was good, and balcony was providing a good view
    No elevator, not able to change room on a different floor without some reimbursement

    Nice pool area with sunbeds, hammocks and a beautiful view of the river. A small walk away from the main street that had decent night life with plenty of bars and the superb vegetarian restaurant "Ons Thai-Issan Vegan"
    It would be nice if they labeled vegan options at the breakfast buffet. There were few veggie options and no plant based milk. Brochures in the room promotes tourist facilities that are abusive to animals. Please instead promote places such as Somboon Elephant Foundation who has a great elephant museum and only do hands off! There were little flies everywhere including in the room and in bed. Downside of staying by the river I guess :)

    It could be a little gem if it had a lift and put ramps etc in.
    A modern boutique style building with built in problems. It is next to the river and is in a wooded area with no neighbours. About 0.5 km. [over the river] to River Kwai Road with its bars/restaurants area.
    It's on 4 floors but doesn't have a lift [this detail should be highlighted]. You have to go up 3 steps from the road to the reception, then down 3 steps to a 'sunken garden' then up 3 steps to the rooms section and down 3 more steps to the riverside terrace, [this could be flood defences as it is on the riverbank]. When we arrived the staff were helping to carry an elderly lady in her wheelchair, down/up/down the steps. The t.v. seemed to have mainly Thai shopping channels.

    Amazing views, location and breakfast! The outside pool is a must use for your stay in the evening, where the sunsets on the river making for amazing scenery!

    The view is great, just by the river. Also walking from the where most of the night life is.
    Breakfast was a bit disappointing, could have been better.
