Pleasant

Hard to beat price for the location

The location was amazing and hard to beat the price based on location. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the shared bathroom was very clean.

Not the hotels fault but guests were up all throughout the night there were very few times where it was just quiet. The fan in the capsule was not functioning and it was quite hot.

Very good

The facility was nice and clean, and very affordable! First time using a capsule hotel and it was a comfortable stay.

Google maps sent me to their old building and I was confused. Please put better direction how to get to your new building. :)

Excellent staff with passable cleanliness

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My favourite staff were Hongoroo and Maiyumi. Location was very near to Shin-Okubo Station, which is 1 stop away from Shinjuku Station, 20 mins walking distance to Shinjuku, by cutting across through Kabuki area. This area is a Korean town, with Kpop stores and food all over, very crowded, not exactly what I'm looking for as I wanted a Japanese experience (had to book in a rush) but at least food is within easy access. Donki is just around the corner, within 5 mins walk. Lockers' size are good for keeping valuables only, luggages to be kept outside your capsule, which is fine by me. Bed size is ok for me at 1.65m, I kept my clothes and toiletries within the capsule for easy access too.

Cleanliness. Sheets were changed upon check-outs, but I don't see any cleaning within the capsules itself. Hairs and dust were between the bed and within the capsules, including the walls of the capsules were dusty and dirty. I had higher expectations as I see other hostels vacuuming and wiping the capsules after every check-outs, but it doesn't apply here. Good luck to you if it was previously occupied by a flirty user. The toilet had an unpleasant smell, functional yes, and I see the same stains on the toilet bowl for days before anyone even clean it. Laundry dryer isn't powerful and you would need to pay for 3 hours at least to dry your hoodies, etc, at least an hour for the thin tee shirts.

Near station.

The smoking area is just beside the main entrance. When the door is opened, smoke passes through. It also didnt help that the compressor is put in the smoking area. You can smell the cigarettes in the lobby and inside your room.
