Excellent hotel location, very polite and hospitable staff. Overall great value for money.

The location of the property is excellent. The staff are very good, prompt, polite and hospitable. Overall the hotel is in the heart of the action, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great (especially the eggs counter - freshly prepared). The skyline view from the infinity pool was amazing, and I definitely recommend it.

The WiFi coverage could be a little better ( though not too bad currently).

The Gig hotel was excellent. Hotel was clean, staff were great, good location near Bangla Road and shopping mall. I very like swimming pool that is nice view on the roof top. Staff are very gentle and helpful.

It was very, very dirty. Never clean all the hotel. The room it was dirty completely. Never clean, never mopping. The breakfast area it was very dirty. The quality of the breakfast very bad.

Very nice hotel

This hotel very nice and good location in Patong beach. Many thing was good, staff,nice swimming pool and nice room very clean. I get Deluxe room is full option amenities ,also staff very helpful.Would not hesitate to recommend and return when next time to Thialand.

Amazing reception staff, the stuffs was very helpful and kind. Room is cleaned, swimming pool is wonderful and located on the roof top. I like the location of the hotel. Everything is near.

Superb

Great location

Staff was very friendly, location great, no noise to room from the street. Swimming pool at the roof was amazing. You could use it untill 11.30 pm. Clean and big room.

Our balcony was really small, there were only one chair. The breakfast could be better, more choices.
