Worst service worst stay experience staff doesnt even know the minimal things about responding to the customers..!! Even though we booked through booking.com they kept the nuts jars which is worth of 500 but they charged extra for that which didnt asked and they didnt informed while checking in to the room while checking out they just simply added that amount in the final bill which is not fair at all. If they wanted to charge for the nuts they have provided at least they should inform us that they are chargeble.!!

absolutely nothing.!! They didnt even know how to respond in calls I asked basic toiletry things 100 times then only theyll bring you.!!

Awesome location. RK Beach Varuna Beach just across the road. Adjacent to Novotel Varun Beach Hotel and INOX.

Staff is good and very cooperative, Services of Sagar ji (Room service), Reshma ji at reception and Duty manager Mr B kumar were helpful throughout the stay

Room keys get deactivated several times in our two days stay.I didn't work at Lift as well in room
