Very clean hotel close to bars and restaurants but quiet at night.

Breakfast quality and service was a little disappointing when compared to other similar hotels we have stopped in abroad.

First visit to Malaga

Lovely hotel with very good location in Soho. The room was a good size, also the bathroom. Everything was clean, neat and very comfortable. Beautiful Christmas decoratiuons in the lobby and a nice rooftop bar.

Fabulous hotel, great service

Beautiful modern space with delightful interior, breathing natural outside wall, central to all sights and amenities plus a 5 minute walk to the metro station train that takes you to the airport in 15 minutes.

Lovely hotel, excellent location and excellent service

We had a wonderful weekend break in Malaga to meet up with friends. I was looking for a fairly priced four-star hotel close to the centre of town, and the Mariposa hotel did not disappoint. We stayed in a standard double room and the size of the room was really great, even the bathroom was nice and big. Everything worked well, and there were no frustrations or irritations. We were not bothered by noise at all, even though the street below can get quite noisy from all the restaurants, it quietened down again by the time we were ready for bed so it was very peaceful late at night. The service was excellent as well. We asked at reception for a kettle to be sent up to the room and by the time we had gone up there was already someone there to give us our kettle :) The rooftop terrace is also very pleasant.

The breakfast buffet wasn't the best, nothing particularly wrong, and the staff in the dining room are lovely, but I think it was just a bit cold/draughty in there and most of the options were cold dishes - maybe not a problem for the warmer weather but in the mid-winter I do appreciate a bit more in the way of hot/warm options. The coffee and the fresh bread was pretty good though!

A gem of a hotel in SoHo, highly recommend staying here.

Its location, comfortable bed and room. Plentiful breakfast and lovely rooftop bar. Excellent, helpful staff, especially Ava who looked after us so well and gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and bars in the area. Soho is a lovely, buzzing area.
