Disappointing

Not a lot really but when you eventually got to the beach it was lush

Everything was walking and steps , you could get a boogy from hotel to room but you then still had 3 flights of stairs no lift available very spaced out , might of been different in a bungalow but all up and down banks and stairs

the garden around the bungalow and the main building is amazing! like a jungle! we compared it with nearby hotels, but this hotel has by far the most beautiful garden! the beach is clean and has natural shade. staff wonderful and friendly.

breakfast could be a little better.

One of the best resorts in Samui

Excellent location overlooking Sea + large swimming pool & on site gym so facilities are excellent. You can also hire bike from resort itself so you dont have to go anywhere.

Nothing to dislike, if you have rooms at back youll be dropped off on EV but bikes can be parked outside your apartment

Good, probably wouldnt stay again. Best thing about it all, the staff.

I booked because it said beachfront. Nice beach, great staff. Very comfortable bed.

Beachfront for me meant the back end of the property and up a steep driveway. The property is beachfront. My room, not so much. Also, bit of a walk to town.

A must go back again resort.

An exceptional resort. Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Staff and management kind, courteous and helpful. Very nice beach area. The breakfasts were so nice. An all round great experience. I personally would highly recommend Fair House Beach Resort and Hotel.

Beautiful classic Thai hotel on the beach. The staff was absolutely lovely. They went out of their way on Christmas to make it special and I really loved that.
