Great Hotel, great location. Hotel staff are fantastic, couldn't've have been more helpful. Staff in the bar were especially friendly & knowledgeable Beautiful room

Although a beautiful room - not a great deal of space, but it is New York...only thing we found was there was little storage space for cases & only a half/wardrobe/closet for 2 adults & 1 child which just meant it was very cramped for a 6 days

"The best of the best"

The location was ideal from being in the heart of NYC!! Friendly staff from the most freshest breakfast and tastiest latte I've ever had.My way of saying "this is what it's all about" the bottles of water given to us every day, those small details, turned out to the biggest one's.Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel. Really great staff and facilities and super location. Would recommend highly.

Location was excellent, just off 5th avenue. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Gym was small but fine.

Breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Vouchers were given out for one drink and one food item. It was okay, but first time ive seen rationing on breakfast in any hotel worldwide. Also, no coffee facilities in rooms.
