Very good

1. Location - it is at secluded but a peaceful location. Minor patch of road is rough, but otherwise the roads are nice. Some 45 mins journey Sula, but it was comfortable even at night. 2. Lighting and facilitates - lights are beautiful, the farm house looks amazing at night. Pool was nice too. 3. Caretakers - caretaker Deepak and his wife cooked us delicious food. Also the amount they charge is very reasonable. 4. Farm animals - they arrange the horse for a horse ride in yard connected to the farm. Also it has one naughty but friendly dog. There are cute rabbits as well.

1. Rodents & flies - we saw one big rat enter the house through chimney and one small rat through a gap in door. Few flies are there during the day time. 2. Electricity cut - electricity goes during the night/early morning. They do have a generator to act as make shift. But it's a partial support. Above cons can be easily resolved. If they do then this place will be perfect.

Equipped with all facilities. cool and silent zone. Request food was very rellish. some washroom fittings needs to be fixed.

Beautiful stay at Earth Farm

The host Deepak was very friendly. He and his wife cooked amazing meals for us. The place is secluded and the Godavari river is just 2 km away from the villa.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

Comfortable and homely

I enjoyed the food prepared with love by the caretaker cum cook. What a lovely guy. The two doggos are so friendly. Bagora the grey hound was so possessive didn't allow the Labrador to come close to me.

If you are tall.... Be careful of the main door I hit my head.

it is an amazing place away from the busy city area. it can be easily reached with google maps. there is lush greenery all round.

not worth the price . should refund for lack of facilities.

the location

on arrival, found the air conditioner was not functioning. the geyser also was not functioning properly. the rooms did not have basic facility like storage, mirror side tables. on and off electricity being cut off. in spite of a noisy generator, the airconditioner and geyser were not functioning during the outage. lot of improvement is required in case the owners want to maintain their reputation on Booking. com Except for the location and staff co- operation, lacks far below average expectations.

It was a great stay and exceeded my expectations.

The host, Mr. Deepak and his wife were very helpful and friendly, very kind. Food was good too with great quantity. It was a pleasant place.

The hosts were amazing. I would suggest having meals at the property itself. The meals prepared by the care takers were simply amazing. We had all our meals at the property prepared by Deepak and his wife. From Biryani to Pasta to Roti Sabzi, everything was too good. +1 for the manager Sakshi. +1 for caretaker Deepak. Perfect place to getaway from your city life and closer to nature. The property is located amongst farms and near lake/river. Just one suggestion, anything you would want for snacks or drinks, please carry it along in one go as its situated in the interiors and about 30 mins of road is not proper concrete road hence it becomes difficult to travel outside now and then.

Do not follow the location given on the google maps. Last 5 mins of the route is incorrectly updated. The location on google maps is wrongly updated. Few more sign boards need to be put up giving directions to the property and location of the property on google maps should be updated.
