Amazing property with exceptional staff and facilities comparing to any camping experience

They didnt let us in until 3 pm and we have to wait in car for an hour, they couldve arranged a waiting area Also breakfast could be better!!

Overall it was a good experience. Fire show and belly dance was outstanding. Food was good and we got plenty of options for vegetarian. Separately we had booked Dune Bashing, personally I didnt find that good given the charged price, because I have experienced much better dune bashing in Dubai comparatively in low price.

Dune Bashing, cleaning of Camp specially washroom. Property is not value for money. There are much better options of desert camping in Dubai in less prices.

I like the staffs.Muhammad was really nice and also would like to mention about Palash who was overlooking the breakfast.Palash is excellent cook and full marks to him.

Arabic Coffee and Kadak Chai needs to be added in the menu.

The place and the staff are really good. Special mention to staff Mr.Palkash, for being very helpful

All the staff are very helpful and kind. They are attentive to your needs.

Just the mosquitoes at night, but of course that is because of the location and not the fault of the hotel.

Best place to stay in desert away from city noise. It has beed nicely designed with different amazing type of rooms, beautiful landscape, mind blowing fire show and tasty buffet in chilled evening.but some how it is over priced.

Our Dunes Safari Adventure...

The serenity of the place, the people and the services. The entertainment and the hospitality were fabulous.

It's a bit pricey but reasonable. Hoping the roads can be better. Otherwise, it's an adventure to enjoy.

Glamping haven surrounded by stunning naturalistic scenery.

For a camping trip, honestly they did exceptional. Water in the shower was boiling hot, AC in the rooms was cold, the entertainment was family friendly - as were staff. I also got the chance to meet the owner Mr Femine and the camp manager Mr Stephen and they made sure my partner and I had a fantastic personalised stay for his birthday.

Whilst there was a good selection of food on offer for both breakfast and dinner, I think they could have been warmed a little better.

Amazing get away in the desert.

Lovely get away in the desert, staff are super friendly and helpful. The treehouse was unique and so comfy. Amazing place to spend the evening watching the sunset and having the wonderful entertainment which didnt go on into the night which was good. Highly recommend a stay here, great experience and fantastic staff.
