Superb

Idyllic Christmas stay with great hotel staff

The staff were really amazing, helpful and kind. Great breakfast selection. Lovely big pool, great beach for viewing the sunset and nice hotel interior and exterior design style. The Christmas activities made us feel very festive and cosy.

The Wi-Fi wasnt very good but probably a good thing to make you enjoy the scenery!

Lovely relaxing stay with the best sunsets on the island

Love the overall design style, location, and giant pool! The staff are amazing too, they do everything to help, are attentive and kind. They really make the hotel extra good.

WiFi was not reliable, but in a way it was good. Forces you to unwind!

The vibe was perfect, super relaxing and the breakfast buffet was outstanding

It was surprising that there wasnt a fitness centre or yoga. It was catered to the boujie end of clientele and some people were doing yoga / stretches on the beach solo. Felt like a missed opportunity as we wouldve loved that given it suited the chilled vibe. Our beach villa was gorgeous but couldve done with a full length mirror!

Beach and bar Staff was really nice.

They walked into my room univited, stepped into the bathroom with me in it. There is no justification to do that. There was no apology and no interest in resolving the mistake. Photos of the room are deceiving

feel you are at the beach. This is truly sad as there is so much potential

Large spaces in the villas. Very nice beach area and restaurant.

No sea view. Villas positioned so that there is no privacy on balcony. No clear who though it was a good idea to have views from the bathroom, but the bedroom and balcony only have very close up views of three neighbors bedrooms and balconies. WiFi is non-existent.

Beach proximity, the pool area, the overall breakfast variety

The room smelt a lot like humidity and some times like sewage - it wasn't confortable at all! Most of the staff had a very bad level of english, which made the communication very difficult.

Amazing stay and i would definitely recommend Dewa Koh Chang to everyone!

The facilities and the location were amazing. Right on the beach with one of the most amazing palce to watch the sunset. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot to the team at Dewa Koh Chang!

The menu for dinner could do with a few more options for a change. One suggestion, to make the hotel more sustainable would be to have the option to keep the bath towels from one day to the next to reduce the energy consumption involved in washing etc.

Perfect stay- thank you

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious, especially the bathroom is very stunning. Everything looks like on the pictures. We had nice pool with bar right in front of our terrace. The walk to the beach is jut a few steps, with a lovely view. Also the breakfast should be mentioned, they are making a big effort in nice quality food. Lots of nice restaurants close by and also little shops.

We do not recommend it due to fines for guests and contribution to environmental pollution.

Me and my husband stayed at your hotel for 8 nights,left 2 days ego and overall we were satisfied. We thank all your staff, but we would like you to know that we will not recommend your hotel to our friends for the reason I will convey. However, you charged us 500 baht at check-out for a simple ceramic shampoo holder that i broke while taking a shower on the first day. I have some advice for your hotel management: 1. How much does that item cost? Do you think you are making money from the item that is broken in the rooms? 2. Since you are compensating a broken and very simple item from the guest,why did you not put a new item in our room for the remaining 7 nights?It would not be beneficial if your management structure, which thinks about punishment, evolves to eliminate grievances as well.3.Instead of punishing your guests just for a simple and cheap item in the room, what if you take precautions against the slippery floor in the rooms bathroom that causes the materials to fall, put a barrier in front of the shelves, use unbreakable materials? 4. Should you be aware that your hotel smells of oil and harms the sea and sea life- habitat with the 'fire show' application every evening? Don't you see how much damage it does to the green environment and nature? How about your value management approach, which sees a gain in paying a 500 baht penalty for a bottle of shampoo, evolve into protecting the environment and human health?
