Service beyond expectations

Customer service was exceptional. Valet, reception, security and cleaning team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Rooms are beautifully appointed with great views and modern amenities. Breakfast at 19 was a great way to start the day and the main waiter was exceptional.

The only thing I would question about the darling is that the pool is only open until 6pm. For us staying in winter it wasnt a problem but it would be disappointing in summer.
