Hotel stay was good but morning just spoiled it

Hotel was fabulous. Staff on check in were very pleasant and helpful.

Had a lovely stay at hotel but when it came to breakfast it was a disaster. We had to queue up for almost 20 minutes while holding a baby in our arms. We had to keep passing her to and forth to each other. Then when we got to the top of the queue after a long wait the waiter was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Didnt enjoy breakfast at all as my back was paining me from standing so long and some of the food was cold

It was ok.

Good value. Nice and clean. Quiet location.

Wi-Fi was very poor all over the hotel. Very disappointed that we had to pay for parking in a car park owned by the hotel.

Family stay in Dublin

Staff very helpful and polite, nice Christmas atmosphere.

Option for breakfast was 20 per person when not included in the initial reservation. For four people would have been 80 even though two were children and one adult would only require a continental. Perhaps offer a choice of breakfast options and prices for those who have not pre booked. We did not avail of breakfast as a result

Best Hotel I ever stayed in

Outstanding staff ever single one of them where lovely, the rooms where so cosy and clean, bathroom had separate bath and shower, there a fridge outside your room had ice machine. The hotel is stunning and friendly and warm and cosy
