Dirty room Wals ..full moldy Wals.dirty windows! Dirty kitchen!

Outside of hotel looks nice but rooms are really not so nice ..walls are full of moldy! Location was perfect and beautiful view of the sea! Breakfast was not so nice.only Nescaf! Not real coffee in such a place ! Kitchen was not clean

Everything was amazingly great. It was my second visit, and both times, they met my expectations. From the reception were Mr. Mete helped me with all my questions and was very nice and professional. The room was very clean with an amazing view. They clean the room every day. The breakfast could be improved; delicious pancakes, though. The Social Club restaurant was also amazing, smiling staff, exceptional food and drinks. Will be returning soon.

The location was excellent and staff were polite and spoke good English. The food in their restaurant was so good too. All in all I was so satisfied and will go there again.

Affordable and comfortable

View and location excellent, i was on the first floor which didnt give much of a spectacular view, but comfortable, there was only on bed sheet and the pillows were huge. Street noise from beach bars goes on till 2 am on wkns. Bathroom floor tiles are very slippery

Service in social point restaurant was poor, you could not tell who was who? Hostess, waiter, or manager, it took me three attempts, to get an order even from the manager, eventually i made a big noise to get service, and or my order. There food was good and i ate there every day, there service needs some serious attention, which lets them down!!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff, good location for families

I like the location it's on the beach good for kids, families, they have pool, breakfast was OK, very smooth check in, Staff is very helpful, friendly no complaints at all.

I don't want to give negative comments but want to give suggestions please look after the mattresses as they need changing,pool was bit cold.

Except for the sea views there is nothing good to mention about this place. This hotel has enormous potential to be the best through some serious renovations and modern design interior and up to date facilities

This is not a 4 start hotel. Bath and shower taps are old, towels torn on the edges, left 1 glass to drink water. The Rooms are outdated. TV is too small. No duvets on beds. Breakfast is nothing to rave about ...almost the .same everyday, except for a few add ins or changes here and there. Juice is not pure but sweetened. Cuppicino tastes bad... There is only one switch that turns on the lights on the room ..no separation of lights for example no bedside lampswhen reading etc .
