Worst way of starting a new year, courtesy of The Chow Kit

Toilets were nice.

1. There was insufficient parking space in the premise, the parking fees were high (RM5 per hour) although there is an option for overnight parking validation of RM15. 2. The lift broke down during our stay and i had to hike up 6 flights of stairs to get to my room only to find out that the hotel gave me the wrong access card instead of my room card. I had to hike all the way back down just to get it replaced and go back up.

We enjoyed staying at The Chow Kit and will stay there if we visit KL again.

Even though breakfast was not included in our booking, we did enjoyed the breakfast one of the day and it was delicious. The embience of the hotel was great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The car park is operated by 3rd party hence the daily minimum parking cost of RM15.00 per day is quite unexpected. We took grab to avoid paying RM5.00 per hour parking cost everytime we drive out.

I like the location of the hotel and the environment. The hotel staffs aldoe very attentive and provide a good service to the guest upon check in.

Nothing, just the smell of the room, I feel like the ventilation not very good.

The stay was awesome. Sound insulation was great and comfortable to stay.

I like how tidy and stylish (am big fan of neo-vintage vibe) the hotel is. Despite The Chow Kit Hotel being a boutique hotel, it checked all the boxes of being a proper hotel with cleanliness and comfort.

The Chow Kit, impressive!

The room was cosy, I loved the simplicity. Bed could have been better, though, but I slept well nonetheless.

First time stay. I checked in past 1am and had asked for a slightly late check-out as I was tired. It wasn't helpful that there was no empathy or interest to hear me out and see what could be done. I know there are processes. It would have gone a long way to ensure a first-time guest like me would come again in future.

Great hotel with excellent detailing.

breakfast? good for only 1 night. the next day with the limited same choices? no thank you. but the food was nice tho. although the room was so small, it still feel comfy and cozy. I will definitely come again.

choices of breakfast maybe can do different menu alternate days.
