The Cavendish London has an extremely central location and excellent service, with comfortable rooms but lacking soundproofing and plugs near the bed. The bathrooms are decent but could use more hang (Read More)ing rails for towels. The lifts are small and can get crowded. The breakfast was disappointing compared to the rest of the hotel's quality. Overall, a classy and elegant hotel with friendly staff and a great location.
