NYE stay with kids

Great hotel with many incredible amenities. Pool area is amazing with sandy area, pool bar, slides, mini water park and rentals. Kids club was very good and helpful however not included in the booking price as other resorts. Breakfast was okay with good variety of food. Area is good for walking but keep in mind is very congested in the afternoons to drive.

Didnt like they take a deposit per night but at the end they fully refund which takes 7 days and instead they charge you again for anything consumed. It is not mindful for those with limited credit card limits. New year dinner wasnt as expected. End up in a very far away table and food in general wasnt tasty and it was in general cold.

Excellent for families with kids.

Breakfast - Excellent. All the amenity were very good.

If you staying for 4-5 days same kind of breakfast every morning make you bore. Little changes in dishes will be good.

Room air con was nice and cold. Comfy bed. Free movies. Swim up bar

Unfortunately, my shower had hardly any hot water. I let them know but it wasn't fixed during my stay, and I wasn't offered a change of room. Pool was too hot so it was like having a warm bath and you can't cool off, no shade unless you rent a cabana which we didn't know you could do and then were told they are booked out for weeks. No air con throughout the hotel, only in the room itself, so you can get pretty sweaty pretty quickly. Corridors smell like puke. Very hot inside the lifts.

Crappy service. Bad staff not helpful horrible experience

not too much honestly. For the price the service was bad the check in didnt have my room ready til 6pm. Had to move rooms because the air con stopped working. Food is so expensive for small serves. Would not recommend staying here.

The pool is too hot, you cant cool off Not enough shade around pool unless u get a cabana You can hear the music at night TV kept freezing No nasi goreng on menu, no fresh coconuts Ate at Jamie Olivers restaurant the meal was awful
