Terrible based on security that was absolutely useless and even seemed more terrified than I was.

The security is completely useless & non existent. A driver blocking the driveway pulled out a gun when I requested him to move. The security did absolutely nothing besides just watching.

Very good

Great hotel, just needs to sort out the beds.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I was pleased with the cleanliness and amenities.

The bed was not very comfortable. It felt a bit lumpy and hard. You could also tell that two twin beds were joined together so the middle was super uncomfortable.

Overall it was a good stay,

The room/apartment was comfortable, staff who meet me at the airport, Siabonga, was exceptional, very friendly and had good conversation. At the reception, Bula was very friendly and helpful in getting my room rate sorted out.

First taxi driver did not communicate early enough on change of route to the hotel, I felt uncomfortable, but once he did I was fine. Reception team were good but did not greet when guests come down, only engaged when you needed something from them. Staff the restaurant also had to be reached out to, that was at the beginning of the week, but it got better. There was trash still in the bin when I arrived, from the previous guest. There was a day the room was not cleaned. The day before departure, I went to request for a shuttle/taxi, I was taken to the driver, he had a client not pay him correctly, he took it out on me and said I needed to make sure I paid him, the receptionist tried to explain to him that is what we had come to do, but he was rude. He was fine the next day and did drive well to the airport, I believe he needs some training in customer service.
